These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TopLeadOra website and the website protection plans and Security API described on it (together, the "Service"), operated by TopLeadOra ("TopLeadOra", "we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TopLeadOra offers website protection plans (currently Website Care 360, Website Care 180, and the Unlimited Plan) that include services such as firewall protection, malware removal, monitoring, backups, technical support, and access to our Security API, as described on our Pricing page at the time of your purchase.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

Plans are billed as described at checkout — as a one-time payment for a fixed term (Website Care 360, Website Care 180) or a one-time payment (Unlimited Plan). All payments are processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. TopLeadOra does not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details.

3. Fair Use of API Access

Where a plan includes API access described as "unlimited" or "high-volume," that access remains subject to fair-use, rate-limit, and infrastructure policies. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the stability of our systems for all customers, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such limit materially affects your use of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt our infrastructure, reverse-engineer non-public parts of the Service, or use API credentials issued to you for any product or account other than your own.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation eligibility and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Support

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
